Eat within 2 days
Most products without cream or taro may stay sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Do not use this rule for ice cream buns, cream, taro or cakes.
KEEP THE SOFTNESS
Keep products sealed and use the guidance for the filling—not just the bread. When in doubt, freeze on the day you receive the order.

Refrigerate promptly and eat within 1–2 days. Keep chilled until serving and do not leave at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
Wrap each item airtight and freeze on the day received. For best quality, use plain soft bread within 30 days and filled or savoury bread within 14 days.
Defrost bread while sealed. Plain bread may thaw at room temperature; cream, taro and ice cream buns should thaw in the fridge. Do not refreeze after fully thawing.
Remove all packaging. Oven or air fryer: 160°C for 3–5 minutes. Microwave: 10–20 seconds, then check. Toast slices may be heated from frozen.
Defrost first, then heat at 170°C for 5–8 minutes until piping hot through the centre. Heat once only and eat immediately.
Do not microwave, toast or oven-heat. Thaw in the refrigerator and enjoy chilled unless the product page specifically says otherwise.
