Orders and payment
Online card payment is coming soon. For now, the basket creates an order request for DuDu Bakery to review. An order is confirmed only after we have replied, confirmed availability and received payment. Please check your contact details, delivery address and selected fulfilment method before sending the request.
London delivery
London delivery has a £20 minimum order. Orders from £20 to £29.99 have a £4.99 delivery fee; orders of £30 or more receive free standard delivery. Greenwich postcodes SE3, SE8, SE10 and SE16 have a £50 minimum and free delivery. Delivery dates are Wednesday for West London, Thursday for Central and Elephant & Castle, and Friday for East London and Greenwich. Full postcode eligibility is checked during checkout.
Royal Mail postage
Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders are dispatched every Tuesday and Wednesday. Merchandise below £50 has an £8 postage charge; orders from £50 to £64.99 have a £4.99 charge; orders of £65 or more receive free postage. “Tracked 24” is the Royal Mail service name and is not a guaranteed delivery time. A valid email address is required for postal updates. Birthday cakes are not available for postage.
Kitchen pickup
Pickup is available from Mission Kitchen, SW8 5EL, Wednesday to Friday between 14:00 and 16:00. Eligible product orders receive £3 off £30, £8 off £60 and £15 off £100. The customer must collect within the confirmed time or arrange collection with customer service.
Birthday cakes
Birthday cakes are collected from Mission Kitchen or by a courier arranged by the customer. They are not available for London delivery or UK postage and do not qualify for kitchen pickup discounts. Once the cake type has been confirmed it cannot be changed. Personalised orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Food allergies and ingredients
Regulated allergens are shown on product listings before checkout. Products are prepared in a shared kitchen. If you or the recipient has a food allergy, intolerance or coeliac disease, contact us before ordering so we can provide the current ingredient and cross-contact information for the selected product. Do not rely on product names or photographs alone.
Privacy
We use the contact and order information you provide to review your request, arrange payment, prepare the order, organise delivery, postage or collection, provide customer service and meet our legal obligations.
